ID INSTALLMENT PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
I. Installment Payment
Several things that need to be considered when making vehicle installment payments are as follows:
- If the installment payment date/due date falls on a holiday (Saturday/Sunday/national holiday), then the installment payment should be made on the previous working day (to avoid penalties).
- If in a calendar month there is no date that is the same as the installment payment date/due date, then installment payments can be made on the last working day of that month. Example: The installment payment date falls on October 31, 2021, then the next month's installment payment must be made no later than November 30, 2021, because in the month of November there is no date 31.
- Installment payments will be recorded/credited after PT Sinarmas Hana Finance effectively receives funds in accordance with the installment amount that has been determined based on the Consumer Financing Agreement.
- Installment payments by bank transfer will be charged fees in accordance with the policies of each bank.
- Keep all transaction receipts from all installment payment transactions in good order.
- PT Sinarmas Hana Finance does not issue monthly bills sent to consumers.
- Installment payments can also be made with ATM. If payment uses ATM, it should be done before 15:00 local time. The following are instructions for payment through ATM:

PAYMENT IS CONSIDERED VALID IF FUNDS ARE EFFECTIVELY RECEIVED BY PT SINARMAS HANA FINANCE THROUGH THE PROVIDED PAYMENT METHODS
II. Arrears & Late Payment Penalties
Late installment payments will be charged a late penalty fee of 0.2% per day of the vehicle installment amount. The penalty calculation is:
0.2% × installment amount × number of days late
Here is an example of penalty calculation:
| Consumer's car installment | : Rp 2,500,000,- / month |
| Due date | : every 15th |
| Consumer makes payment | : on the 20th |
| Late | : 5 days |
| Penalty amount | : 0.2% × Rp 2,500,000,- × 5 days = Rp 25,000,- (penalty amount charged). |
Note:
If installment payments are more than 30 days in arrears or the consumer transfers the vehicle to another party without prior notice to PT SINARMAS HANA FINANCE, then fees will be charged in accordance with the applicable provisions at PT SINARMAS HANA FINANCE. These fees do not include late penalties.
Late penalties can also occur if:
- Installment payments after 15:00 local time will be recorded on the next working day (specifically for ATM, internet banking, m-banking payment methods).
- Failed clearing (specifically for check/giro/PDC payment methods).
