Sinarmas Hana Finance successfully held the “Business Activate” National Workshop on 19 May 2025, attended by Directors, Area Managers, Branch Managers, and Head‑Office Unit Heads.

The event served as a key moment to align visions, strengthen collaboration, and reignite leadership spirit amid the organization’s transition period.

The program was opened by Heri Rahmadyanto & Indy and followed by a “Leadership Training” session by Mr. Agustinus Budi Antoro, highlighting Ki Hajar Dewantara’s philosophy—true leaders lead by example, ignite motivation, and empower their teams to grow.

Mr John Oh (Headquarters) then presented the “Business Activate” strategy, stressing that activating the business is not just about chasing numbers but revitalizing business functions as the company’s growth engine.

The next session featured one‑minute speeches from Unit Heads and branch presentations on “How to Increase Profitability?”, showcasing concrete action plans to boost effectiveness and profits going forward.

The enthusiasm, openness, and team spirit displayed throughout the workshop form a strong foundation for the company’s next steps.
